GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

For cash payments via Cash Plus, Barid Cash, Damane Cash and Lana Cash, we charge an additional fee of 2.40% including tax as well as a stamp fee of 0.25% of the total amount paid. Cash payment only concerns residents of Morocco. We inform you that these payment fees are not refundable.

Secure online payments by bank card do not generate any additional fees, however in the event of cancellation of a flexible reservation, fees (1.674% for the Moroccan card and 3.06% for the Foreign card) will be deducted of your reimbursement amount.

Payment for your stay will be made in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). However, the price in any other currency is used for indicative purposes only.

Transactions made when booking online must be made by a person who is at least 18 years old. If the person carries out the transaction without respecting these rules, the owner of the bank account or debit/credit card used will be responsible for the transaction.

When booking, you must provide your name, telephone number, address, arrival and departure dates. Your reservation is only confirmed after receipt of the hotel's reservation confirmation.

All personal information provided during a purchase as part of the online reservation is confidential and is treated in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Act.

To change your reservation, please make a new reservation and cancel the previous one. Please note that the rate and room type available for the new reservation may change.

For non-refundable reservations: No refunds, no modifications and no cancellations are possible.

For flexible bookings:

• Customers who cancel 7 days or more before 11:59 p.m. (Moroccan time) on the day of arrival will not be charged.

• Customers who cancel less than 7 days before 11:59 p.m. (Moroccan time) on the day of arrival (or who do not show up) will be charged 50% of the reservation amount with a minimum billing of one night.

Reimbursement is made only in MAD.

In the event of no-show on the first day of your stay and without prior notice of your wish to arrive on the second or third day, your room reservation will be charged in full.

Customers who book directly on our website www.magichotels.ma will benefit from:

• For a stay of 4 nights: A 10% reduction.

• For a stay of 5 nights: A 10% reduction and a dinner at the Moroccan Restaurant ''Le Kasbah'' OR a dinner at the Italian Restaurant ''Di Napoli'' per person per stay.

• For a stay of 6 nights: A 10% reduction and a dinner at the Moroccan Restaurant ''Le Kasbah'' AND a dinner at the Italian Restaurant ''Di Napoli'' per person per stay.

• For a stay of 7 nights and more: A 15% reduction and a dinner at the Moroccan Restaurant ''Le Kasbah'' AND a dinner at the Italian Restaurant ''Di Napoli'' by person per stay.

Wearing a bracelet

Is obligatory inside the hotel. It must be worn on the wrist at all times. No exceptions will be accepted.

Access hours

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. Access to the hotel strictly prohibited for any arrival before this time.

Check-out: At noon. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 12:00 noon at the latest. They can leave their luggage at reception, have lunch and leave the hotel by 3:00 p.m. at the latest.

Lunch

Lunch on the day of arrival is excluded.

Lunch on the day of departure is included.

Conditions for children (Compulsory presentation of proof of age: Family record book, birth certificate, student card, Passport, etc...)

Any person aged 12 and over on the day of departure is considered an adult.

Any person under 12 years old on the day of departure is considered a child.

Any person less than 24 months old on the day of departure is considered a baby.

A change in room category may be made depending on the number and age of guests, as well as room availability, for a supplement to be paid at the rate applied on the day of the change.

Check-in/Check-out supplements

1. Access to the hotel (without rooms)

• Access to the hotel from 9:00 a.m. in All-Inclusive is charged at 300 dirhams per adult and 150 dirhams per child. Rooms are allocated at 3:00 p.m.
• Access to the hotel from 11:00 a.m. in All-Inclusive is charged at 150 dirhams per adult and 75 dirhams per child. Rooms are allocated at 3:00 p.m.
• Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged at 150 dirhams per adult and 75 dirhams per child (all-in snacks and drinks included). Rooms are vacated at 12:00 p.m.
• Late check-out until 8:00 p.m. is charged at 300 dirhams per adult and 150 dirhams per child (all-in snack, dinner and drinks included). Rooms are vacated at 12:00 p.m.

2. Access to the hotel (with rooms) – Subject to availability

• Check-in from 9:00 a.m. is possible subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception upon arrival. The room is billed at 900 dirhams.
• Check-in from 11:00 a.m. is possible subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception upon arrival. The room is charged at 500 dirhams.
• Late check-out until 3:00 p.m. is possible subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception on the day of departure. The room is charged at 500 dirhams.
• Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is possible subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception on the day of departure. The room is billed at 900 dirhams.

We would also like to point out that the amount indicated on the confirmation of your reservation includes tourist taxes which are 19.80 DH per person per night.

Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and/or execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to Moroccan law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Marrakech.
